Returns & Exchanges

At Solis Global, we want you to love your home; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home decor, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
